A person with brain injury or developmental disability 18 years of over or a carer of an adult of child with brain injury or developmental disability are eligible to become members of The Developing Foundation Inc. To join, please download and complete the attached form and pay your membership fee. Details are on the form.
Complete this form if you are assisting a family to fundraise or volunteering directly with The Developing Foundation. The $25 annual membership fee is paid by the organisation on behalf of volunteers.
Members of The Developing Foundation may register to raise funds online for a recipient with brain injury or developmental disability. Please complete the form if you wish to put up a personal fundraising page on our website. Note that fundraisers must complete fundraising training prior to commencement of fundraising. Training is available online, over Skype or in our Auchenflower office.

Members complete this form when claiming expenses from their fundraising account. Complete this form when the funds are to be paid to the Member. Note: payments are not paid direct to families unless for minor expenditures from suppliers who require immediate payment or as otherwise arranged with the office. Refer to Self Directed Funds policy for allowable expenditure. If your account does not have the required funds to pay accounts, invoices will be returned to you for direct payment.
Members or registered Service Providers may complete this form when claiming expenses. Complete this form when the funds are to be paid to the Service Provider. If a member account does not have sufficient funds, invoices will be returned to member for direct payment.
Please complete this form to register or cancel a Service Provider. By registering a Service Provider you are agreeing that they may submit a claim form for services provided to you. It is your responsibility to cancel a registration. If there are insufficient funds, accounts will be forwarded to members for direct payment.
